St. JOSEPH, MI – CPR Dance: Inhale Movement, a leading contemporary dance company in Southwest Michigan, proudly joins Global Water Dances 2025—a worldwide movement uniting art and environmental action through dance.
Join us on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Silver Beach (North end by the pier) in St. Joseph, MI. This free public event combines performance, community participation, and environmental advocacy. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs for comfortable viewing.
In conjunction with the performance, CPR Dance: Inhale Movement invites the public to participate in a post-show beach clean-up, highlighting our shared responsibility to protect one of Earth’s most vital resources: water.
On this day, dancers in over 100 locations across six continents will perform simultaneously as part of Global Water Dances—a global call to action for clean and accessible water. This powerful event connects communities worldwide through a shared choreography and music, performed near local water sources.

Global Water Dances emphasizes the power of art to raise awareness and inspire action. Through collaborations with local artists, scientists, Indigenous leaders, environmental groups, and educators, each performance becomes a catalyst for lasting change in the community.
This event is part of CPR Dance: Inhale Movement’s 2025 performance season titled “Resonance”—a collection of original dance works premiering in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Chicago, Detroit, Ann Arbor, New York, Texas A&M, Benton Harbor, and more.
“Resonance” features choreography by Executive Artistic Director Carolyn Pampalone Rabbers and Assistant Director Sara Kausch, along with guest artists Seyong Kim, Saygia Eugene Peabody, and Ciana Jao. Company members Dennis Davis, Wolfgang Goluska, Paige Mulick, and Austin Panavong, as well as emerging artists and apprentices, deliver breathtaking performances full of energy, passion, and physical precision.
