The Last Picture Show

Photographer Fran Dwight's work is on display at the Westin Gallery in the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo.  We have seen Fran's work locally for more than 40 years, capturing the heart and soul of our community.  This is her last exhibition, and we are hoping you will visit the gallery before it comes down on July 31st.  "The idea was to bring the lessons of the original exhibit [Inside/Out Project, 2017] – community engagement combined with a sense of oneness in all of us – back to life in a smaller exhibit. I’m told hundreds of young people and adults interacted with the exhibit, including sitting to watch the news video of me from that time. It’s my hope they took away some small inkling that underneath it all, we are more the same than we are different." - Fran Dwight
