Rebecca Ramirez, jazz vocalist
Crescendo Academy of Music Vocal and Piano teaching artist Rebecca Ramirez will be presenting a special Art Hop performance.
Rebecca Ramirez is a versatile vocalist, arranger, and educator from Downey, California, with a passion for jazz, R&B, and pop. In 2026, she won Downbeat awards for Vocal Jazz Soloist, Graduate; Jazz Arranging; and education.
She has a Master's in Jazz Voice at Western Michigan University. In addition to teaching voice and piano at Crescendo, Rebecca serves on the faculty at Kalamazoo College as the instructor of applied jazz and contemporary voice.
