"Natchez" Film Screening

Presented by Arts Council Member Artist at Kalamazoo Valley Community College - Dale Lake Auditorium, Kalamazoo MI

Oct 28 2026
"Natchez" Film Screening

"Natchez" is an absorbing portrait of Natchez, Mississippi, a small town built on the cotton trade and home to one of the largest domestic slave markets in U.S. history. Today, the towns economy relies on "antebellum tourism", where homeowners lead pilgrimages through carefully restored plantation mansions.

Each Screening will be followed by a community conversation. For more info visit "Natchez in Kalamazoo" on Facebook
