    All Ears Theatre Presents

In 1851, when Americans were at odds about the merits of African slavery, Lonnie Darker and several of his free and enslaved friends, under the cloak of darkness, departed their homes near Christiana, Pennsylvania, to avoid capture by slave hunters.  Traveling north to Canada, the Promised Land, they were forced to reconsider their plans, due to a life and death complication that would leave everyone in danger of being captured by slave hunters and returned to the perils of American Slavery.

Directed and written by Von Washington.  Produced by Rick Fontaine
