#EpicScreening! Come and watch the best of the best! Attend our FREE all-day event, all concluding with awards at the end of the day. We’ve got 4 screening rooms, all located on the second floor of the newly-renovated Epic Center. From the heart of the Midwest, the Kalamazoo-based North by Midwest Micro-Budget Film Festival looked for submissions from the Great Lakes. Our categories include: Long Feature, Short Feature, Short Documentary/Profile, Animation, and an all new challenge…MicroCam. MicroCam means anything that was shot on your small device (iPhone, iPad, Android, GoPro). You could use any editing software of your choice – as long as it was under 5 minutes. Micro-Budget means that the budget must be equal or less than $10,000 for Long Features and $5,000 for other categories (not including equipment costs).
