    ARTbreak: All About Prints

This fascinating documentary explores the many facets of fine-art printmaking through the eyes of curators, collectors, and artists. In addition to offering clear explanations of the various printmaking processes, the film focuses on the often unrecognized importance of printmaking in American art. Included are some of the great, but little know, etchings of Edward Hopper, the role played by WPA print shops in fostering the development of African American artists, and ways in which artists today are reimagining the possibilities of multiples.
